Job summary

Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee casino resort accounting activities, including the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting, while helping set up standardized processes in line with policies and tribal/state regulations.

The role supervises Accounting, Soft Count/Drop, Payroll and Receiving, coordinating month-end close and variance explanations with department managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5 years accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with gaming multi-property or multi-divisions is preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Direct payroll and accounts payable functions.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements (MICS).
• Coordinate financial reporting and government filings as required.
