Job summary

Kiowa Casino is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting activities across the casino resort, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards while supervising finance staff and coordinating with department managers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5 years accounting experience, including supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience with MAS90, Peachtree, Infinium accounting software preferred.
• 2 years' experience within gaming multi-property or multi-divisions preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate casino resort accounting activities, including GL functions and reconciliations.
• Direct payroll, accounts payable, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Prepare recurring monthly journal entries and year-end reports.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
• Supervise Finance department staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
