Job summary

Live! is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Virginia to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will manage maintenance staff, contractors and vendors in collaboration with management.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, coaching staff, operating the central utility plant, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely inspections. The role requires licensure and adherence to regulatory standards and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff.
• Requires Grade 2 Stationary Engineer license.
• Exposure to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections
• Coaches maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development.
• Operates the central utility plant which includes duel-fuel boilers, centrifugal chillers, medium voltage switchgear and diesel generators.
• Coordinates small projects scheduling with other departments and vendors as needed.
• Regularly performs inspections to identify areas of need and addresses them with team members.
• Track material and parts stock
• Other duties as assigned.
