Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino in NICE, CA is seeking a Drop/Count Team Member to perform the drop and count processes for Gaming Machines under supervision. You will open, remove and secure currency from slot machines, follow all procedures, and work to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced Count Room.

Responsibilities include reporting discrepancies, preparing and bundling currency, standing for extended periods, and collaborating with the team to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior count room or money handling experience preferred.
• Calculator proficiency is required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform Drop/Count during regular shift.
• Open, remove and secure currency from slot machines.
• Follow all policy and procedures; deliver documents to audit.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Prepare and bundle currency.
• Maintain the Count Room and attend to attendance.
• Perform basic Count Room equipment maintenance.
• Work with others and take direction to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
