Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and other casino games.
• Create an engaging and welcoming experience for guests.
• Explain game rules and procedures clearly and patiently.
• Maintain accuracy when dealing, handling chips, and calculating payouts.
• Ensure games are conducted according to New Hampshire Lottery regulations and house rules.
• Maintain game integrity and report potential rule violations or suspicious activity.
• Keep games moving at an appropriate pace.
• Work closely with supervisors, security, guest services, and other team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on games, procedures, and guest service.

At Revo Casino and Social House, our dealers are at the heart of the action, creating a fun, welcoming, and exciting experience for our guests.

No dealing experience? No problem.

Dealers in Training earn $15/hour during training. Once successfully trained and working on the casino floor, dealers have the potential to earn over $40/hour.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and other casino games

Compensation

Dealer in Training: $15/hour during training

Casino Games Dealer: Potential to earn over $40/hour once working on the casino floor

Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked, schedule, and tips.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
