The Lodge at Deadwood Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is seeking a table games dealer for full-time or part-time shifts. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to get you game-ready.

You will host Blackjack and other table games, handle currency on the table, and ensure a fun, entertaining, and compliant gaming experience for our guests. Training will be provided and ongoing support is available.

Reports to: Director of Table Games/Pit Boss

This is a posting for available full-time and part-time positions as a table games dealer. No experience required, as we provide our own training.

The dealer position is responsible for all aspects of a professional and accountable Blackjack table games variants. This includes, but is not limited to; maintaining a fun, entertaining, and legitimate game for our guests, being accountable for all currency on the table, and following all Lodge and South Dakota gaming rules and regulations.

Training will be provided.

Skills Required:

• b) Good hand-eye coordination.
• c) Basic mathematical background.
• d) Ability to shuffle cards fluidly and deal to Lodge standards.

Gaming License Required (Inquire for information on how to obtain)

Daily Duties & Tasks:

• a) Demonstrate an entertaining and professional table game.
• b) Ability to deal all table games.
• c) Completing basic opening and closing procedures for each game.
• d) Accurate selling tokens to our customers.
• e) Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Physical Requirements:

• a) Person must be able to lift 10 lbs, including the human body, frequently throughout an eight-hour shift.
• b) Person must be able to be on their feet for periods of ten hours or longer with breaks throughout. Person may be frequently standing, bending, and twisting during their shift.
• c) Person must be able to hold cash, coin, or cards in either hand and demonstrate the ability to shuffle cards correctly.
