Job summary

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel in Tama, IA is seeking a Count and Technician Manager to supervise the Soft Count/Drop Team, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure accuracy of casino assets and reports.

This full-time role requires an Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, plus supervisory experience and familiarity with Title 31 and MICS. You will train staff, enforce policies, and coordinate with management to safeguard assets.

Qualifications

Requires Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field with one year casino count team experience, or three years casino count team experience.
Must be mechanically inclined with experience in software/hardware maintenance.
Must have knowledge of Title 31 requirements and MICS.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversees Soft Count/Drop Team activity and maintains count & dispense equipment.
Ensures staff comply with department and regulatory policies and procedures.
Develops and implements controls for the Soft Count/Drop Team functions.
Trains staff and monitors mutual respect and interaction among coworkers.
Communicates effectively with management and other departments to ensure productive operations.
Maintains and verifies proper functioning of count and dispense equipment and related systems.
