Job summary

Maverickelko in Colorado is seeking a dedicated cash handler to join our gaming team. You will count cash, chips, and coins from the previous day, record transactions on master gaming reports, and audit games daily under supervision. Accuracy and regulatory compliance are essential.

Preferred candidates have Excel proficiency, ability to work in a small space, and prior cash handling experience. HS diploma or equivalent is required, plus the ability to obtain a Colorado State Gaming license.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

This position is extremely physical in nature, and requires such physical abilities including but not limited to:

• Ability to see and identify different denominations of gaming chips, currency and be able to count and stock chips and currency
• Ability to retrieve full and empty drop boxes, which involves pulling, bending, balancing and twisting.
• Ability to push and or pulling BV carts weighing up to 800 LB.
• Ability to remain standing for majority of shift and to move around count room in an efficient manner.

Salary: $20/hr-$22/hr
