Qualifications

• Experience operating specialty coffee/snack bar facilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
• Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change.
• Ability to review and comprehend necessary documentation.
• Ability to move around the food service area efficiently.
• Familiarity with the listed equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and handle interactions professionally.
• Assist customers with selection and purchase of beverages, pastries, and merch.
• Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages as ordered.
• Follow cash handling and register policies.
• Maintain sanitation, stock, and inventory accuracy per procedures.
• Open/close outlets according to SOPs and coordinate with Lead Barista.
