Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a friendly Snack Bar Attendant to greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and serve in our Las Vegas snack bar. You will handle cash transactions, maintain an accurate bank, operate snack bar equipment, and keep the area clean in accordance with established service standards.

Prior food handling experience and excellent customer skills are preferred; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and obtain any necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• Prior food handling experience preferred.
• Must have excellent customer skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive food and beverage orders from guests.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Operate cash register, complete monetary transactions, and maintain an accurate bank.
• Maintain cleanliness of snack bar areas.
• Operate all necessary snack bar equipment.
