Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Concession Worker to greet guests, take and prepare orders, restock supplies, and handle cash transactions in a fast-paced snack bar setting. This role emphasizes friendly, accurate service and adherence to sanitation standards.

The position requires on-the-job training in food service, the ability to obtain regulatory licenses as needed, and passing background and drug screenings. Availability to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Some experience in food service, with at least two months on-the-job training.
• Must be able to obtain all regulatory licenses that may be required.
• Must successfully pass background check and alcohol/drug screening.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, courteous, responsive and accurate manner.
• Assist guests with order requests and ensure accuracy; correct orders as needed.
• Open and close outlet following procedures; ensure sanitation and protect assets.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and keep par levels; restock as needed.
• Operate cash register and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and teamwork with staff.
