Paycom - ATS is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA. This full-time role supports employee training programs, schedules sessions, and maintains compliance records.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in training or HR, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Must be 21 and pass background and drug testing for gaming licenses in AZ and CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in training, and/or workforce development desired.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, HR, administrative support, or related role; casino/hospitality/gaming experience desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to coordinate multiple training activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with LMS or training software.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug tests, background check, and obtain gaming licenses in AZ and CA.

Responsibilities

• Under Training Manager, organize and support administrative functions of employee training and development programs across the casino.
• Schedule training sessions and prepare materials.
• Maintain accurate compliance and certification records.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
