Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking an entry-level team member to work in our dynamic casino environment. The role involves standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with exposure to smoke and crowd noise.

Shifts vary and include weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include serving high-quality food and beverages, enforcing alcohol safety standards, delivering excellent guest service, maintaining station cleanliness, handling guest transactions, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.

Responsibilities

Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas.
Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
