Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide timely beverage service on the casino floor or assigned area. You will walk the section, record each guest drink, and maintain cleanliness around pit tables and slot machines.

Qualifications include English fluency, ability to multitask, and 21+ age with work-card eligibility. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards

Responsibilities

• Supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
• Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Round and write down every guest drink. Must walk assigned section as well as clear all empty cups from designated area, pit tables and on or around slot machines.
