Job summary

A leading entertainment company located in Indiana, PA is seeking dedicated individuals for cleaning roles at the casino. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, assisting guests, and working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and be able to handle physical tasks. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with excellent benefits including medical coverage from day one.

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 10:30pm-7:00am

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily appearance of the property and casino.
• Clean and polish surface areas, machines, chairs, ashtrays, baseboards, etc.
• Clean and supply restrooms. You will extract or clean of bodily fluids when reported.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and remove trash.
• This position will require you to stand for the duration of your shift.
• In this role, you can expect to use your hands, crouch, kneel, and be physically active throughout your shift.
• You will also be required to help assist with guests, aid in cleaning public areas (including restroom) of the casino, and be okay with constantly moving.
• Our EVS team must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work as a team with other employees.
• Ability to work around dust.
• Ability to transport all supplies to and from work areas.
• Must be able to work in areas containing second-hand smoke.
• Must be able to operate equipment, including: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop, and broom.
• Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion).
• Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hands and knees for long periods of time.
