Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Casino Cleaning Attendant for an evening shift to maintain cleanliness across casino floors, restrooms, and public areas. You will be responsible for sanitizing machines, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior housekeeping or janitorial experience. Ability to work around smoke and in a fast-paced setting is essential; in return, you’ll join a team

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping or Janitorial experience preferred.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Clean slot machines, in-between machines, ash trays, slot bases, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, countertops, furniture, and any other decorative objects in the casino or common areas.
• Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean any spills that occur.
• Clean any biohazardous materials as needed.
• Remove trash from trash containers and place into dumpsters.
• Familiar with proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Must be able to stand and work in a noisy, smoke-filled environment for up to eight hours per day.
• Provide exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests.

• Must be able to stand and work in a noisy, smoke-filled environment without restrictions for up to eight hours per day.
• Responsible for providing exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests.

• Must be able to operate equipment, including: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop, and broom.
• Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion).
• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hands and knees for long periods of time.
