You will ensure each dollar is accounted for and all transactions are securely documented, supporting a smooth guest experience.

The role requires reading and applying ticket instructions, performing tax-related form preparation, and posting data to the casino accounting system.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform cash handling with accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret documents related to gaming transactions and tax forms.
• Strong math and numerical precision for recording transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform check cashing, customer deposits and withdrawals, and exchange of chips and vouchers.
• Prepare and service tax forms (W-2G, W-9) and assist with casino accounting postings.
• Record transactions in the casino accounting system and balance cash drawer daily.
• Enroll new Players’ Club members and answer account questions, manage cash bank and reconciling sales.
