Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
• Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
• Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.
• Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.

Responsibilities

• Receive and pay out money; cash checks; cash in chips; Maintain accurate money count in cash drawer.
• When checking in for your shift, always verify the amount turned over to you from the preceding shift.
• Verify all money in wrappers to assure accuracy.
• When cashing personal checks always get identification before running check through the check cashing verification system.
• Make change, cash in chips, and cash in NRT receipts.
• Always keep your drawer locked to maintain the integrity of the money for which you are responsible – any discrepancies at the end of the shift are the responsibility of the cashier
• Perform any other duties as assigned
