Job summary
MGM Resorts International in National Harbor, Maryland, seeks a Cage Shift Supervisor to help lead cage operations in line with policies and gaming regulations. You will work with the Cage Shift Manager to oversee daily activities, train staff, assist high-profile players, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience as a cashier or in casino credit/main bank experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Cage and Credit activities, ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and submit end-of-shift reports timely to Accounting.
- Assist with preparing daily summary and bank deposits and maintains accuracy for all transactions.
- Conduct training and performance coaching for Cage staff, while handling disciplinary actions as needed.
- Assist high-profile players with payouts and resolve any guest or employee issues or transactions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and aid in scheduling.
