Job summary

The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma seeks a Cage & Club Supervisor to assist the Cage & Club Manager in overseeing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with casino policies and regulations. You will supervise staff on shift, maintain data integrity, coordinate audits, and lead meetings to support accurate reporting and high levels of service across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college in banking/finance preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in casino credit operations; must be extremely numbers-oriented and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Access funds and distribute to appropriate areas.
• Assist manager with development and implementation of policies and procedures; support staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain staffing levels; train, schedule, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Ensure integrity of financial and customer data under supervision.
• Coordinate audits related to bank boards, guest deposits and rotation logs.
• Lead meetings and ensure accurate records and reporting.
