Job summary

Chumash Casino Resort is seeking a server to deliver exceptional guest service and accurate order delivery in a fast-paced resort setting. You will take food and beverage orders, handle payments, and maintain compliance with alcohol service protocols.

The role requires prior fine dining serving experience with alcohol, RBS/ABC certifications, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends in a 24/7 environment. 21+ is required to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21+ to serve distilled spirits; 18+ for beer/wine in non-gaming areas.
• Must complete RBS training and pass ABC Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days.
• Serv Safe and Food Handler certifications within 30 days of employment.
• Fine dining serving experience with alcohol is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional guest service using greeting and service standards.
• Takes and serves food and beverages promptly to guests.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and records transactions.
• Follows liquor service procedures and confirms legal drinking age.
• Provides resort information and assists guests with inquiries.
