Job summary

Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across the property, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash, adhering to state liquor laws and TIPS training, keeping the bar clean, and following beverage controls. The role requires a high-energy personality and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and mixology certificate.
• Two years' high-volume bartending experience.
• TIPS and sanitation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serves drinks, and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Adhere to liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
• Adhere to beverage control procedures.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
• Promote positive guest and team member relations
