Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a part-time Cocktail Server to deliver outstanding beverage service across the property. You will take orders, mix and serve drinks, and handle cash transactions with a courteous, efficient approach.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior high-volume beverage experience is preferred, as is Alcohol Awareness Certification training and a professional, outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required with 6 months to 1 year of food or beverage server experience.
• Certificate in Mixology is preferred.
• Must undergo Alcohol Awareness Certification training on an ongoing basis.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and organized bar and service areas; follow beverage control procedures.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and AAC guidelines; notify management of concerns.
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
