You will greet guests, present daily specials, assist with wine and beverage selections, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while maintaining a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service.
• Knowledge of table service procedures and table etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• These skills and abilities are typically acquired through two years’ table service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to external and internal customers and guests, ensuring a positive interaction.
• Greets guests and informs them of specials and menu options.
• Assists guests with menu and beverage selections, demonstrating salesmanship.
• Maintains guest satisfaction through food quality checks and prompt responses to concerns.
• Maintains neat appearance and adheres to sanitation and safety standards.
• Reviews orders, communicates needs to kitchen and beverage staff, and ensures timely service.
