Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverages and ingredients used in a bar operation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills to operate POS and Micros.
• Ability to pass a standard Mixology certification.

Responsibilities

• Ring up products in accordance with policy and standards.
• Provide outstanding guest relations and service.
• Occasionally serve as Casino Bartender as needed.
• Complete opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of self-service areas.
• Follow local and state liquor laws and schedules.
