Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino is hiring for a part-time front-of-house role in the Food & Beverage team at Auburn, WA. You will take orders, present food and beverages, and maintain a positive dining experience while upholding our service standards in a fast-paced casino setting.

Requirements include one year of bartending experience, a WA Health Card/Food Handlers Permit, and the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience required.
• WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.
• Class III B gaming license ability.
• Bartending school or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests’ select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions).
• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return.
• Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
