Job summary

Bally's Evansville is seeking a bartender to prepare drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining knowledge of all bar offerings. You will handle POS transactions, balance cash, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with Indiana laws and company policies.

A high school education and experience in food and beverage are preferred. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and working flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or better.
• Experience in Food and Beverage Industry.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of products and recipes served at the bar.
• Enter drinks in POS and ensure correct pricing and controls.
• Balance cash drawer and handle transactions per policies.
• Restock liquor and maintain bottle par par.
• Ensure compliance with Indiana liquor laws and company policies.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with related duties as needed.
