Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor in Shreveport, LA to oversee beverage operations and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (preferred)
• Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation (preferred)
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred (preferred)
• Job holder may be exposed to certain casino environmental factors including but not limited to noise and secondhand smoke (preferred)
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications (preferred)
