Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of service standards in beverage operations.

• Ability to manage staff scheduling and day-to-day Beverage operations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
• Experience with casino beverage environments is a plus.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and all regulations.
• Review administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor staffing levels of Beverage outlets and assist in adjustments as needed.
• Assist Food & Beverage Director in budgeting and financial monitoring for the Beverage Department.
• Handle personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and evaluating.
• Establish and monitor adherence to service standards for each beverage outlet.

Job description

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.

Qualifications

Experience

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation

Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred

Job holder may be exposed to certain casino environmental factors including but not limited to noise and secondhand smoke

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
