Job summary

Belterra Casino Resort in Florence, Indiana is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver superior service to guests and staff. You will pour drinks, maintain a clean, safe bar, monitor par levels, and assist bar attendants while following established procedures.

The ideal candidate has extensive drink knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle bar operations under casino conditions. Must be 21+, hold Indiana liquor permits, and have casino or hotel/bar experience.

Qualifications

• Indiana ABC Permit required.
• Bartender experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Completion of an accredited bartending course or two years’ outside experience in high volume cocktail service preferably in a hotel/casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Pours drinks according to established recipes and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Provides superior customer service and handles interactions with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Opens/closes bar according to established procedures and provides work direction for bar attendants.
• Monitors par levels of all supplies and communicates any problems to supervisor.
• Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned cash and is accountable for overages/shortages.
