JOB SUMMARY: The Casino Accounting Manager/Financial Controller is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the financial operations of the property, including Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Collections, and Inventory Control. This role provides leadership and oversight through designated team members to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial processes. The position also ensures that all accounting records are maintained in compliance with Caesars retention policies and that all required submissions to regulatory agencies, internal auditors, and external auditors are completed accurately and on schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations. Respond to visual and aural cues. Read, write, speak, and understand English. Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. Manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, personal computer, fax machine and copy machine.
