Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, accounting, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of cash control procedures and reconciliation.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash room operations to ensure accurate handling, processing, and security of funds.
• Ensure compliance with all company cash handling policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash counts, reconciliations, and variances, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cash activity and reporting.
• Supervise and manage cash room staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and performance expectations.
• Review and validate daily, weekly, and periodic cash reports for accuracy.
• Ensure proper controls are in place for cash access, transactions, and secure storage.
• Coordinate cash-related processes with front-end and accounting functions.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies, or control gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain organization, security, and cleanliness of the cash room area.

• Oversee daily cash room operations to ensure accurate handling, processing, and security of funds
• Ensure compliance with all company cash handling policies, procedures, and audit requirements

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily office or secured cash room environment. Requires handling and processing cash, reviewing documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to security protocols. May require schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
