Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Michigan to create a warm, welcoming experience for guests and manage cashier duties with a POS system.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced bakery setting, with on-the-job training and teen-friendly eligibility.

Competenze

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Fast food experience is a plus but not needed, on the job training provided. We hire teens.
• Is comfortable with new technology and has the ability to operate a POS system.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Work Availability

Should have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands. Weekend availability is required.
