Join Our Team as a Cashier at Urth Caffe

We are seeking a motivated Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a focus on providing exceptional experiences to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience
• Accurately take orders, suggest items, and efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and order decisions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction; orders can be in-store or via phone for pickup or delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Promote sales by showcasing products in a clean display case

Experience

• Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and unassisted
• Respond quickly to sounds
• Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• Safely climb ladders
• Work in cold temperatures
• Wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• Perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, and pushing

Pay Range

$17.27 - $18.00 per hour + tips
