We are seeking a Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience.
2. Accurately take guest orders, suggest items as appropriate, and efficiently use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Assist customers with menu inquiries and making order decisions.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly; ensure guest satisfaction. Orders can be in-store or via phone for pickup or delivery.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
6. Promote sales by showcasing products in a clean display case.

Experience

1. Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred.
3. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
4. Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently.
5. Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and unassisted.
2. Respond quickly to sounds.
3. Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
4. Safely climb ladders.
5. Work in cold temperatures.
6. Wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
7. Perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing.

Pay Range

$17.27 - $18.00 per hour + tips
