99 Ranch Market in Fremont, CA is seeking a driven Full Time Cashier/Customer Service team member. You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, assist customers with packaging, and help maintain service quality across shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting store operations, training teammates, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory awareness. A strong work ethic and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous related work experience and leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25+ lbs.
• Flexible schedules including weekends/holidays or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, handle all transactions, assist customers with packaging.
• Assist store operations to increase efficiency and participate in recruiting and managing processes.
• Provide training to team members on customer service, POS operation, and cashier procedures.
• Oversee cashier operations, respond to returns, exchanges, questions, and complaints.
• Maintain knowledge about all products to serve customer needs.
