Elite Parking Services is seeking a Cashier Supervisor (UH) to lead front-of-house operations at a vibrant event venue in Honolulu. You will oversee cashier functions, manage a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during high-energy events.

You will drive operational excellence, maintain financial accuracy, train staff, and coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth entry/exit. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cashier staff and ensuring high service standards.
• Strong cash handling, balancing tills, and ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Excellent communication for managerial decisions and team coordination.
• Familiarity with operations management, budgeting, and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
• Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests
• Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review
• Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events
• Must be available to work 4:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
