Job summary

Diamond Parking is seeking a part-time Attendant/Ambassador in Hawaii (Waikoloa, Kailua-Kona) to manage cashiering operations for parking transactions, ensure accurate revenue handling, and provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include cash, credit, and ticket processing, daily reconciliation, site cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Must be reliable, able to stand for long periods, and communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cash handling and basic arithmetic is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service at the parking facility.
• Accurately collect, record, and deposit cash and other transactions.
• Submit necessary shift paperwork and logs.
• Report maintenance concerns and incidents promptly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
