T&T Supermarket US is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist at the Customer Service Counter. The successful candidate will engage with customers enthusiastically and handle complaints promptly while supervising junior team members. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive and self-motivated work ethic and have a solid understanding of payment methods.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming smile, greeting and assisting customers enthusiastically, friendly, and courteously.
Assist customers at the Customer Service Counter, including ordering and replenishing gift cards, handling returns, selling lottery and bus tickets, and answering phone calls.
Address customer complaints promptly, fostering positive relationships through attentive service and genuine engagement.
Monitor transactions to prevent possible fraud, including PLU# input, scanning merchandise, transaction discrepancies, and identifying counterfeit or fake cards.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members, offer feedback on staff performance, and assist in staff training and development.
Lead by example, demonstrating proficiency in all duties and setting a standard for excellence.
Familiarize with all store promotions to better assist customers and ensure accurate checkout services.
Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to contribute to the department's overall efficiency and success.
Shift work is required, including weekdays and weekends.
