Reporting to the Cashier Department Manager and supervised by the same, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the Cashier Department. Your responsibilities include supporting daily activities, guiding junior team members, and ensuring departmental standards are met.

T&T Supermarkets has over 30 years of history as Canada's favorite Asian grocery store and is expanding into the US with a new flagship in Bellevue, Washington, opening in 2024. We are also establishing a regional office in Los Angeles to grow our vendor base.

You Will

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers at the Customer Service Counter with various transactions.
• Address customer complaints promptly and foster positive relationships.
• Monitor transactions to prevent fraud.
• Supervise and train junior team members, providing feedback on performance.
• Lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in all duties.
• Stay informed about store promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

You Should Have

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
