Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the heart of the store, greeting customers, running the register, and keeping the store clean and inviting. You’ll help with everyday tasks and learn across departments, including deli, while delivering friendly service.

This role requires reliability, strong English communication, basic math, and physical stamina for standing and lifting, with weekend and holiday availability. We offer weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed
• Expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Upsell customers to increase sales
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
• Keep store clean and safe, inside and outside, including bathrooms and exterior areas
• Cross-train in other departments including deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and help wherever needed
