Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the heart of our store—greeting customers, operating the register, and keeping the store clean and safe for every guest. You will also learn multiple roles through cross-training and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a friendly attitude are essential. The position offers weekly pay, flexible full- or part-time schedules, and benefits. Must be 18+ and able to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where possible.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pumps area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
