GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the friendly face of the store, handling registers, keeping the shop clean, and helping customers with purchases. You will help ensure compliance, manage restocking, and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, availability for weekends, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Prior retail experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and perform duties for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell where appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and parking lot.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays to look fresh.
