High Flying Foods is hiring a Cashier for Lofty Coffee at SAN Terminal 1, San Diego International Airport. The role involves greeting customers, entering orders, processing payments, and delivering timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 1+ year in food service as a barista or cashier, strong cash handling and customer service skills, flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays), and the ability to work well with a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a barista or cashier in food service.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately enter orders and process payment
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and workplace efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
• Properly stock, and maintain station and cleaning duties as assigned by store management
• Other duties as assigned
