Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to keep our stores inviting and well run while operating the register and assisting customers. You will help maintain clean facilities, stock shelves, and ensure safe operations. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, with on-the-job training provided.

Benefits include weekly pay, a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle register with accuracy and speed.
• Assist customers with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales following age verification laws.
• Upsell to increase sales while maintaining high service quality.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; keep displays fresh and organized.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
