Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate who greets customers, runs the register with accuracy, and helps keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming for every shopper.

You’ll learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance, stock shelves, assist other departments, and contribute to a fast-paced retail team. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Experience in retail is a plus, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills for register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn and comply with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales rules and age verification requirements.
• Upsell where appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and parking areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays; maintain neat, full merchandise.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
