Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to greet customers, run the register, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You will handle lottery/alcohol compliance, upsell where possible, and keep bathrooms and pumps sanitized in all weather conditions.

Flexibility for full-time or part-time shifts is expected, with weekend availability and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and policies.
• Basic math skills for register transactions and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Ensure compliance with age verification for lottery, alcohol, and cigarettes.
• Upsell products and provide friendly service to boost sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store.
• Deep clean restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, and pickup litter.
• Stock shelves and keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
