GPM Investments is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4556 in Little Elm, TX. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure compliance for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, stocking shelves, and assisting in other departments as needed. The role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication in English (read, write, speak).
• Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside the store.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain neat appearance of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
