Sierra Motors is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. You will receive calls, determine the nature of each caller’s business, and direct them accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers.
• Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically.
