Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and issue receipts.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Maintain filing and organize clerical tasks.
• Be friendly, professional and efficient with customers and employees.
